VicP Posted July 21, 2022 Share #1 Posted July 21, 2022 Hello Everybody, I just got this from a good friend of mine and thought I’d share it. I believe it’s an early NVA cap with neck flaps. It’s even named to its original owner. I hope everyone enjoys the photos. thanks Vic

Cap Camouflage Pattern I Posted August 7, 2022 Share #3 Posted August 7, 2022 Very nice! That's a Văn Tiến Dũng cap, named after the general responsible for its creation. They began to be issued around 1966-1967 but from what I've seen they weren't very common until a few years later. In the early 70s they deleted the flaps. RRA227 Posted August 7, 2022 Share #4 Posted August 7, 2022 Great hat. Shame about the air vents. Wish mine was named. Rich A. in Pa.
