British sword ID- late 18th-early19th century?

Trying to guesstimate the era this sword comes from, and what type.  It measures 32 3/4" overall length, 27 3/4" blade length. Some pitting along blade obscuring some of the engraving.  Features British and military motifs, --Royal Cipher (crown over- what looks like to be a GR) -- Royal Coat of Arms with motto (but cannot make out the writing in the banner below the shield). Military panoply and some Rococo style (?) embellishments.   I'm guessing late 18th to early 19th century?  Thanks for any assistance, Doug

I believe that sword belongs to the British blues and royals. Royal horse guard. Date I am not sure of but that cyther on the blade is only used for royal guards
