Its advertised as NK but looks Soviet to me

I've a jacket very similar to it, and it was sold to me as a Soviet surplus jacket from the 1980's.

The fact that the jacket has Soviet buttons and Cyrillic markings pretty much tells us that it is Soviet Russian rather than North Korea. The markings are tough to read, but the manufacture date looks like 88 or 89 to me.

 

It is a fatigue blouse since it doesn't seem to have provisions for shoulder boards.
