New (to me) Heer Dagger

All - I bought this Heer dagger over the weekend.  It’s far from pristine, but it didn’t cost pristine money either.  Your thoughts and observations are welcome.

Looks like a good, honest example. Is the blade maker marked? Usually under where the rear cross guard is on the blade.
