No.

The third paragraph states that Korbinian Wagner, "found a heroic death" on 15 April 1945 at the age of 33&1/2 after 5 years of faithful service.

His death notice indicates he was a farmer in Schilchau (a small "hamlet" about 40 - 45 kilometers east of Munich, Bavaria), a good father, son and brother, and was in an unspecified infantry regiment, having been awarded the Infantry Assault Badge and an unspecified grade of the Wound Badge.

There is a Kleinrötz in Austria, just north of Vienna.  The Soviet Russian 46th Army & 6th Guards Tank Army made a pincer movement north of Vienna, near Korneuberg, and linked up with each other.  The official Soviet military history gives the dates 16 March 1945 - 15 April 1945 for the Vienna Offensive.

The prayer on the left side, underneath Obergefteiter Wagner's picture, translates:

"O Lord, give him eternal peace! My Jesus compassion!"

On the right, the first sentence translates:

"Remember in prayer"

The next sentence translates:

"To my dear unforgettable husband"

("lb." is an abbreviation for "lieber")
