I have a grouping of items here which include  a25 year faithful service medal, heer four year service medal, and party pin. Found these in a grouping and am looking for some opinions.

If the 4 year service medal is genuine, it may be magnetic.  Most are, although examples exist in silver plated zinc. Likely, the suspension ring is welded, which is normal for genuine medals.

 

The NSDAP badge is unfinished, as it is missing the reverse pin.  Looks genuine. M1/172 is a common hallmark, and the "M" in the RZM hallmark is the right shape. Below are two images which may assist.
