Seeking info on afghan paper items

Im seeking info on what these papers are for. Translations would also be nice. 

 

Specifically for the 10,000 afghani bill, is it an original afghanistan government made bill, or a repro? 

 

Please note this is a bit out of my area of expertise.

The one with Bin Laden is shown on second page, and similar radio ones on first page. 

 

The banknote is from the 1978 series in use through the Taliban era. In late 2002 the currency was redenominated by the new government and banknotes replaced with a new series. 

 

As for authenticity, this isnt my area of expertise either. But wear of the leaflets looks appropriate and everything appears to fit a 2002 or so timeframe.
