The Luftwaffe Fighter Pilot From the Movie Hope And Glory

Was remembering this awhile ago from the 1987 movie Hope And Glory of the Fighter Pilot who's aircraft gets hit over London, parachutes free, and lands in a residential neighborhood, where upon hitting the ground, takes off his chute, causally sits down and takes out a cigarette as we see from a Silver Case and smokes.

As he gives up.

And the Stunned and Leery neighborhood residents  watching the pilot after he hit the ground, the Blond Girl, Sarah Miles teenage daughter catches the eye of the pilot and smiles at her, she evidently is flattered and smiles back, Mum doesn't like that at all and wallops her LOL.

Looks to be all original uniform items the pilot is wearing including the splitterschutzbrille (Antisplinter googles). Cant really see wether those are marschstiefel or actual heated or fur lined pilots boots. The Air Raid Precautionary helmets are also a nice touch.
