Hello I am new here but I just purchased this armband with 5 pins attached, Im unsure of the red eagle/shield one, the red enamel on on the top, and the one with the lion looking thing on the top left. Any ideas? I've searched and couldn't find anything

Eagle shield is the Coat of arms for Tyrol

Red enamel is a RAD pin ( reichsarbeitsdienst)

Lion is the Palatine lion coat of arms

Two round are (left) NSDAP visor cap insignia the other(right) plain Wehrmacht visor cap insignia

Proud Kraut

Daskrieg is spot-on. Addition: the Rhineland-Palatinate pin was made postwar since the state was constituted in 1946.
