Need help identifying Soviet uniforms

I'm helping a guy sell his military collection, and need some help identifying these two Soviet uniforms, I know one is a Soviet major generals uniform and one is a navy uniform. However, I'm not sure what is correct on these uniforms and what is fantasy. Also what is a good price for the uniforms and the single dress hat? The navy uniform is named with his number, the generals uniform I cannot find a name.
