  Not sure what to think about this, Only 69 ?
Anyone seen one before or heard of it ? I am a US Collector but
it falls into a special group I just picked up

Millet used to sell these to collectors to "raise money" for the Laotian units.

 

There was this one and other that he sold as a set.
