Foreign Combat helmet country?

Looks kind of like a Swedish helmet yet has an unusual suspension and chinstrap and nibs on the inside to hold said suspension. Is this some unknown variant in between the three leather pad version and the plastic type suspension

Looks like a Chinese commercial contract helmet, supplied to insurgents and Governments as aid Albanian Army was one recipient but the chinstrap was different.
