US GI Bringback: WW2 Italian Military Artifacts & FIAT Builder's Plate

This grouping is a recent acquisition.  I am particularly intrigued with the FIAT builder’s plate.  Is anyone able to discern what type of vehicle it would have been attached to?  I suspect that it may have been removed from a FIAT street car of some sort.   Please see the attached photos for details.

'Sezione Materiale Ferroviarrio' means 'Material Section Railway'...your last image is a Fiat Littorino FS ALn.556.1200
