Can You ID These Markings on a Bren Gun Stock?

Any idea what these markings mean? They are on a Bren no2 stock I picked up. I’m not sure of the orientation. The “1” looks correct this way, but if that is a “V” , that way makes it upside down.

Rotated it, so maybe now it is V501, or V561??? or VSOL or VSOI???

Probably an armoury numbering system in Arabic.
