Id needed on binocular case

Can anyone ID and give info on this stamping, it is on a binoculars case. I think it is Czech but not certain.

Look like Czech property markings to me.

Yes, it indicates 1938,

Thanks, I dont know Czech equipment. Do you know a value on the case and where can i find the proper binoculars to fit the case

As to value without the binoculars I don't really know I am afraid.
