The field gear seems to be in used but excellent condition, very nice! There´s a "Helgoland" stamp on the Reichskriegsflagge. May I ask why do you think it´s not original?

I am nowhere near being a expert on WW1 flags.   I shared pictures with members on other militaria sites, that said that the flag was not correct.

I would love to see the markings on the Y straps, I have never run across WWI examples. Also some close ups of the canteen cover.  The cover looks very different from examples I have.
