The details on the roundel are really fuzzy and poorly struck.  You have it in hand and can see details better than I can in the photo but it does not look original to me.  The stitching in the leather belt also looks wonky to me.  Bright white stitching seems odd as well.

Here are some better pictures I just took of the buckle and belt.  There is a faded boxed stamp on the belt in the last picture.

Much better photos.  Yep, it looks perfectly OK now.  Probably my eyes as much as a shaky camera image.
