Top row:  Army cap and beret badges.

Rows 2 & 3:  Modern and obsolete shoulder strap insignia, normally indicating branch affiliation.

Center Rows:  Skills qualification insignia (rifle or pistol qualification, skiing or biathlon, orienteering, etc.).  Some of these badges are from civil federations for military skills.

Flanking collar tabs for Home Guard and Lt rank.

Bottom row:  Air Force and other service fatigue cap badge (officer's?), AF lower sleeve badge, AF cap badge and national flag SSI.
