Russian Officers Visor

Hello, I am interested in this visor, but I would like to ask here to see if this is real, the seller has no information about it, and all they know is that it is Russian. Anything would help, thank you.

The cap is russian no doubt about it made in 2006 for army infantery.

 

The top insignia is not correct for me.
