Imperial Russian St George cross

Is there anyone here who has a keen interest and ability to verify old Russian Militaria?

 

I have this Russian Imperial St George cross 4th class award, made of silver I believe. Has the serial number on it.

anyone able to authenticate it?

I see these can be quite pricey I figured there are fakes out there. 
would also be interested to know if there’s a data base on these since they’re numbered?
