It's a paybook from one of the Jager battalions; 'Jager' (literal translation: hunter) is the name in the Dutch army for light infantry since the 18th century, it seems this guy also had the rank of 'jager' (= pvt). The men of Jager units used to be recruited from woodsmen like hunters, hence the name.

No idea about value, it is outside my area of expertise. It seems to be in pretty good condition though, how did you acquire it?
