I believe it is, but it's been there a long time & cuff looks faded. I don't think I'm going to move it, I don't want to have a darker, non faded spot.

I am not a fan of either cuff. The RZM style of the TK should not have that backing and the font/style of the wording is off. The FD you do see variations, but again that similar backing material used is not what I would expect to see on a machine embroidered band.
