Third Reich NSDAP Nurnberg Plate and Flag Top

Hi,

I an being offered these two items from a woman, they are "Bring Back's from her father.  Third Reich items are really not my forte but look to nice to pass up. Not being my WWII area of knowledge I was wondering, From my more knowledgeable Third Reich Forum members, what a fair price I might offer her for these items?  Any help greatly appreciated.  Many thanks.
