I've looked high and low and cannot find this particular badge anywhere. Is it a fake?

Is this badge fake?  It has no markings and I've looked on a lot of sites and have not seen another like it with the eagles wings

entirely inside the wreath.  I will say it was in my Dads war relics and I'm pretty sure he didn't purchase it.  Also i broke one of

the prongs off it taking it off the display board.
