I know these helmets are rare in any condition, but I'm hoping someone can educate me on this one.... I'm trying to get better pictures of both decals... But my biggest concern is the heat lot number... Or the markings in general on the helmet... Is it at least a real helmet?.... These are the only pictures I have at the moment. Any and all critiques of it are welcome. Thank you

That helmet is of Czechoslovakian manufacture.  Likely post-war.  The decal looks fake.

Yep I knew the decals were fake. I was just curious if the helmet was wartime or not or German?....thanks

What makes it a Czechoslovakian  helmet??

Looks like a Czech copy of an M35, the decals are most definetly fake.

The maker stamp in the back, it’s not a ww2 German type ruction stamp. Or at least definitely doesn’t look like one. Czechs copied a lot of the German gear post war, usually very closely with a few minor changes. So this is definetly one of those. I think at least…

just my .02

Post #1...  helmet stamp "CK106"...  Dead giveaway, as in Československo/československý. "64" is a size stamp.  64 centimeters.  Probably size 7 US.

Thank you everyone who helped me. I'm just trying to learn as I go. I knew it was not correct.... Just thought I'd come here to find out why... Thanks again
