Unknown Medal.

All I know is that I've had this medal for between forty-five and fifty years.  I can't remember how or where I got it.

 

(Is it even a real medal, or is it "costume jewelry?)

I think this may be costume jewelry. There are similar types with Red enamel and white enamel.
