BW Service Award Medallion - Time Period?

I've had this BW service award medallion in my collection for ages, and was curious if it could be dated by the signature on the reverse.  The medallion itself measures approximately 2 1/2 inches/6.5cm in diameter.

The front of the coin, which was presented for excellent staff duty, shows the insignia of 2nd German Army Corps. The Corps existed from 1956 to 1993. As far as I could find out Brigade general Rudolf Wich was the Chief of Staff from 1967 to 1971. It could match the signature. Hope this helps to date this very nice coin.
