Going through some of German items that I cannot identify, I came across this set of collar tabs.  Thanks again in advance

Please show some images of the backs of the tabs as well.

 

It will be helpful to see the fronts and backs of all your items for assistance in identification.  Sometimes the answers are revealed on the backsides of the insignia and badges

Are they dark green?

These would be SA, for the 3rd sturm of the 117 Standarte in Sachsen (because of the silver pip color), Nordmark - who also used that green, would have used gold pips.  That all being said, better pics of the backs are needed as the construction is a little outside the norm.
