If that is the case this looks to be a nice J.C Maedicke (Berlin) made summer officers Tunic Kriegsmarine Breast Eagle. Nice Barrel hinge and tapering pin back and the typical short beak on the eagles head.. Confirm if there is the marking on the back and you have a nice authentic WW2 period KM Summer tunic eagle Leigh
