landingbeach44 Posted March 2 #1 Posted March 2 in the collection- a bit ruff but, an untouched original by SMF.
Rakkasan187 Posted March 5 #4 Posted March 5 No need to cover up the swastika here.. Would like to see the whole dagger and markings Leigh
landingbeach44 Posted March 5 Author #5 Posted March 5 here are better pictures of my DLV dagger as ask for. did not know it was ok to show the swaz here so it is now.
Rakkasan187 Posted Sunday at 04:52 PM #6 Posted Sunday at 04:52 PM A nice DLV with some minor blade issues but the patina on it is just fine, I would not clean it with chemicals, but I would handle this and any other blades with nitrile or cotton cloth gloves. Keeps the oils and dirt from the hands off the blades and leather... and I would not recommend storing the dagger in the scabbard as this is how scratches develop from inserting and removing from the scabbard over and over again... A very nice example.. Leigh
