Nole dad Posted May 13 #1 Posted May 13 Looking to purchase a type 90 imperial Japanese army helmet, but I’ve never seen 3-D stars on helmets before. I’ve been told that these were used early on in World War II and as the war progressed and material availability diminished, flat stars were used. Does anyone have any information? Thanks
ScottG Posted May 13 #2 Posted May 13 Not for the type 90 as issued, only the flat stars, the same rings true for the earlier cherry blossom and star vent helmets. Scott
