Guest artu44 Posted February 1, 2009 Share #1 Posted February 1, 2009 Thanks to our buddy ccmax I have some new gear for the Braz WWII sidearm, the M1937 Smit&Wesson. They are a web holster from uncertain period and a Mills belt made by God knows who. I assembled these two pieces just for their colour shade but I doubt it would be correct because this new holster has the belt loop higher and a bit messed as it would have accepted a 1910 hook. However the khaki brazilian holsters with the hook had the LTD snap.
Guest artu44 Posted February 1, 2009 Share #2 Posted February 1, 2009 A nice feature is the patch integral with the web keeper which prevent buckle rubbing the belly. The faint oval maybe was the manufacturer marking.
Guest artu44 Posted February 1, 2009 Share #3 Posted February 1, 2009 Compared with the US 1910 Mills garrison belt. My other holters: the one at the left should be the actual one to be coupled with the Mills type belt, but its colour is pea greenish whilw my bwlt is khaki. Guest artu44 Posted February 1, 2009 Share #4 Posted February 1, 2009 Other views. The new holster is quite strongly made. Note The messed up loop.

Guest ccmax Posted May 8, 2009 Share #6 Posted May 8, 2009 The two holsters with EUB snaps are WWII for sure, as is the belt.
