Sure looks like a Thousand of more right LOL. Wouldn't think this is at a factory that makes them, looks like either a central supply dump, or a central infantry divisional dump. The curious aspect is they are all Infantry, begs the question of whether the Waffenfarbe Soutaches were sewn on here, because to me, the manufacture would sew on the Waffenfarbe there, that would be up to local unit supply after delivery right. -

The top seems to be a variant of the Ugandan Air Force Pilot Wings, with yours say UAF. This online find, thee only image I could find. just has AF as we see. -
