Hi all, Does anyone know if the this type of ChiCom canteen was used in Vietnam? Made of aluminium painted OD with a blue plastic/bakelite cap and a thin webbing harness with aluminium or very light alloy buckles. There are no markings of any kind anywhere. -

Relooking at my Osprey Men at Arms Battle of San Juan Hill book, its got an Order of Battle towards the rear of book, seen listed in the Spanish section 200 Guardia Civil troops present for the Battle of Santiago, this in that region, there was probably more Guardia Civil personnel in the Havana area as well, Santiago being in the Eastern part of Cuba, Havana is to the West, -

Looks like perhaps, 1) RAF cloth "navigator wings?" 2) some sort of round shooting pin? & 3) unusual patch, possible Polish? Any ideas will be appreciated, Cheers, Allen -
