Finally got the liner and chin straps installed. Came out ok, I do like the black primer showing when the paint gets scratched off. With flash and without. -

I've gotten interested in finnish militaria recently and I have some questions. I was thinking about slowly putting together a set of stuff for ww2 or maybe postwar. So is there any good books on this subject easily available in the US? And any recommendations for where to buy stuff? I don't know much about this subject at the moment so I really would like to learn more. So far this is about all i have.https://www.worldmilitariaforum.com/forums/index.php?/topic/323729-finnish-helmet/ -

The "8" looks like a double strike to me. Just a little sloppy strike. -
