I don't believe that's a Kriegsmarine eagle because if you look at the yellowing on the tricolor shield it's the same. the kriegsmarine helmet I have the eagle is a more golden not a yellowish eagle -

Just picked this up at an Antique Fair, still learning some things about it. Shows some issues that are typically caused by someone trying to open the side plate without understanding you have to release the trigger guard to unlock the stud holding the side plate closed. Otherwise, works fine, clean bore, good lockup, ejector works fine. -
