Where to start? For sure a German staff map (classified "Geheim" - secret) showing German trenches and positions in the Hennemont area. In fact I think these are two maps glued together at the red line I have marked on your picture due to the different dates I have marked as well. The German term "besetzt" means manned (positions). "Nicht besetzt" is for un-manned/prepared positions. What we also see are areas of small arm (MG?) effective ranges. The red square "Planquadratteilung" could be used for encoding and decoding local informations. Defintely need to see more close-ups and the map description on the outer edges. I can´t see any entries of enemy forces, units etc. I will check my archive for German WW I tactical signs for more informations.    

This appears to be a private purchase KS98 dress sidearm.  It has two rivets in the stag grips and a rectangular drain in the grip next to the steel guard.  I think it is most likely late WWI or early Weimar Republic.   A nice private  purchase bayonet.

Is the RAF outsourcing its cap production to India or is this a reproduction? 

No issues with the patch from what I see, it's pattern and material is consistent with other SS edelweiss insignia from the era.    Leigh

Liner is missing as well, but the good news is even a regular Iraqi army liner of the removable type will fit though incorrect, its better than none. There was someone several years back making the rubber badges for these, not sure if they are still available or not.    Scott

The RAD postcard has been sold separately. I am now offering the RAD cap badge free-of-charge to whoever buys the magazine (Die Woche) for $35 - domestic postage included!   

It is a Waffen SS one, as seen here on a 6th SS Mountain Division Sergeant in Finland. Patch seems alright, let others look in.
