The label generally means these things. If the print is faded, there may be some mistranslation. -

Thanks, wow I never knew that, just thought that if they were in the Great War they would wear any KuK awards in the KuK fashion medal bars, but then if they were awarded medals for the Wehrmacht, then they had to wear in in the German fashion. -
