Cuban Parachutist badges

Sorting out boxes and things that have been packed away I came across these. I know they are Cuban parachutist badges and that's about all I know about them.

 

Any observations or comments about these badges would be appreciated.

 

This forum is great I finally have a chance to dig out, reexamine and talk about all the non US stuff I have picked up and neglected over the years.
