Anyone know what these are? They were listed as Kriegsmarine, but I don't think so...

Hitler youth maybe ? I know they used thinner boards.

I don't think the HJ used boards like this, just the shoulder straps like these... https://www.germanmi...ical/02HJ3.html

 

These look longer than German boards

Interesting, and I think you're right. Turns out I was wrong, I thought these were the boards I was trying to ID, but I'm actually trying to ID this one, which I think is a put-together, since it has a German style pip and Norwegian button...there is no base on this strap...
