Interesting Italian daggers.  Do the different color grips have any meaning?

The book FASCIST DAGGERS by F.J. Stephens on page 18 he states that position of rank or choice of purchase enabled the GIL officials to select their dagger in accordance with their own personal preference. Rich A. in Pa.

Thanks for the answer.  That explains the differences in grip color and style of scabbards encountered on these daggers.
