mikie Posted April 27 Share #3 Posted April 27 This is new to me. It may be a silly question, but who would have worn these? mikie
Proud Kraut Posted April 27 Author Share #4 Posted April 27 During the cold war it was planned that in a possible state of defense court-martials could be established. I don´t know exactly but I suppose in this case these rank insignia would have be worn by military judges or lawyers or by the members of the then established court-martial branch.
