Boy Howdy Posted November 27, 2022 #1 Posted November 27, 2022 Just picked this up today. Serial number 48XXX which I think is 1940? Correct me if I am wrong Hope you like it BH
Boy Howdy Posted January 1, 2023 Author #2 Posted January 1, 2023 Almost a month and not even a cricket ? Oh well.... BTW I took it out to the range the other day with some newly manufactured 38/200 rounds. This thing is a beast! Shot well but those sharp edges are rough on the bare hand.
Boy Howdy Posted January 3, 2023 Author #3 Posted January 3, 2023 Thanks mikie, Scarecrow and dcollector.
mikie Posted January 3, 2023 #4 Posted January 3, 2023 Sorry, I had somehow missed this when it first went up or I would have commented sooner. Nice that you were able to shoot it. Mikie

dcollector Posted January 5, 2023 #6 Posted January 5, 2023 Yes, Holidays Season, slower to respond, too many distractions. Lovely looking revolver, I do enjoy the Webley revolvers.
Boy Howdy Posted January 5, 2023 Author #7 Posted January 5, 2023 Thanks again dcollector. I do like the fast reload on break tops.
Charlie Flick Posted March 16, 2023 #8 Posted March 16, 2023 Neat revolver! It has the Broad Arrow property marking so it saw military use. Aside from the post-war British commercial proof marks it is in very nice condition. How does it shoot? Charlie
Boy Howdy Posted March 17, 2023 Author #9 Posted March 17, 2023 Very well with both 200 and 145 grain bullets.
