"German WWII Cloth SA Sports Armband-Bright red cloth field with machine woven gold representation of the SA Sports Badge as its central motif. This is applied to a separately attached white disc which does have a bit of age discoloration and some spotting. The red cloth also shows some discoloration which is isolated to the front left side. These were worn by sports umpires, timekeepers and track officials, as well as other NSDAP formations competing for the SA Sports Badge. The ends are sewn together. This is a fine example, complete with a paper RZM tag! The tag does show some damage but it mostly in place."   From:   https://www.therupturedduck.com/products/german-wwii-cloth-sa-sports-armband

Hi all!   I while ago i acquired these britsih qualification wings, vertical wing type, any ideas about the production years/era and authenticity? Looks more like an officers wing type.   Thanks in advance!

Hi Everyone.    Very excited to join WMF.  Looking forward to learning about others.    I personally collect old Iranian Flags as you can tell by my name.  If you have any for sale or can show me, please let me know. Regards,

Definitely not WW2 Japanese, the one on the top is IJA, the one on the bottom is IJN, there were a few different models of these depending on the stage of the war. Sorry for being two years late 😁

I too love the way these material culture artifacts bring back memories of happy times of when you acquired them.  I bought this W-SS uniform from a friend and fellow collector when he sold his uniforms.  He is now deceased but it reminds me of him and his friendship every time I see this uniform.     And... thanks for the kudos.

Looks good to me as  well.  I have an identical SA Sports armband with a period bring-back letter.

That's an unusual set of ribbon bars... Just an observation...   An MC, plus the "pip, squeak and wilfred {with an MID!}" ribbons, all, presumably, for First World War Service, makes sense...  Then, a 25 ~ years/Silver Jubilee of King George V, {no 1937 King George VI Coronation?} and a 1939 French Croix de Guerre with no device {highly unusual, unless the device came off.  The Croix de Guerre was always awarded with a bronze, silver or gilt star, or a bronze or silver palm}.   It's still a good ~ looking jacket, and in great condition for its age.

No tailors label in tunic or pants!  Didn't think of India.  Is there a list of MC receipts? Thanks

These are clearly listed by the seller as DDR.
