Hello, I picked up this set of epaulettes and troddle, I'm wondering if anyone here can ID the troddle... Or confirm if it's imperial German... I'm thinking maybe it went on a sword... I will say it does have a little weight to it but the long ribbon reminds me of the material Christmas bows are made out of..lol ..thanks -

Hello sir, sorry about the late reply on this... Helmet is indeed a Czechoslovakian m30 helmet.... Worn by both sides during the conflict... The emblem is of Franco’s Fascist 40th Infantry Regiment .... Hope this helps... By the way, are you in Spain? Hello sir, sorry about the late reply on this... Helmet is indeed a Czechoslovakian m30 helmet.... Worn by both sides during the conflict... The emblem is of Franco’s Fascist 40th Infantry Regiment .... Hope this helps... By the way, are you in Spain?..... Might be wrong on the insignia. I'll have to double check.. I think the 40th is correct. You can barely make it out in the second picture in red Sorry the third picture -

Thanks...I didn't even pay attention to that... Is this a standard flare or tear gas size? Does anyone know where these can be had.... Also again, has anyone ever seen one of these? I can only find us versions similar to this one that were used in the prison system at the turn of the century..thanks -

This is an odd piece of tiger stripe. Definitely an Afghan made/tailored set of green tigers. The give away on the Afghan made sets are the elastic bands on the sleeve pockets. Tiger stripes are worn by various Afghan special operations units and by their US counterparts. What makes this different is that it was worn by a female US soldier. The name Cali is penned inside the back of the uniform. Could have been from a Cultural Support Team member, but have not been able top find reference pics of them using tiger stripe. -

Good luck finding the front wood... Maybe it could be made out of a donor stock... These really aren't interesting rifles that don't get the appreciation they deserve... Unfortunately, I had to sell my only example all and with a bayonet that went with it -
