Is this an Imperial German (or Third Reich-era) German officer's bayonet?

Dom,   A nice looking M34 Fire/Police helmet. I think there may have been a decal under the police decal and this one was placed over it, (It appears to have a second border which may be again a decal underneath. (Maybe the police decal was damaged... Not sure.. just my thoughts) OR.... It may just be a thick black border around the decal....   The liner may have been a replacement, but I don't see any real issues with it and it could have been used by Police units with the absence of the Fireman's Comb, but I will add that those leather tabs on the inside of the helmet were for attaching a leather neck guard to protect fire protection personnel from burning embers when extinguishing fires.   Check to see if there are any makers stamps on the rim of the helmet. They may be hard to see with the black paint but they should be present.   Here are some images of my M34 Fire/Police helmet with the leather neck guard and Fireman's' Comb...   ON the rim of my helmet it is stamped:  The stamping on the inside is a one inch logo with a deer in the center stamped into the steel. Around the deer it says Vorschriftsmäßig gem. Anordnung d. MdJ.v.3.5.1934 meaning it was made in accordance with the pertinent law of 3 May 1934.   Others will add their thoughts as well..   Best    Leigh      

Is this the remnants of a Japanese sword, or perhaps something a GI picked up in the Philippines or the Middle East?

Hi:  I found this patch in a book which I bought titled "FORMATION BADGES OF WW2" but I can't ID the patch..???  European..British, Belgium, etc.?   I would appreciate your assistance in ID'ing this patch along with timeframe.   THANK YOU,

Hi everyone, been a while, but have just returned recently from a trip to Normandy and grabbed some goodies while there to add to the collection😁🤷‍♂️ US M1 helmet British mk3 (turtle Helmet) Infantry assault badge (silver)   Also latest medals I finally added to the medal board. yep, it is a problem😂    

The writing under the last picture is: "Der von Oberst Adrian erfundene Stahlhelm der Fanzosen. Sechs Beispiele, in denen der Helm seinen Trägern angeblich das Leben rettete. Nach französischer Darstellung."   Non-literal translation: "The French helmet which was invented by Col. Adrian. Six examples of how it allegedly saved the life of it´s wearer. Good Morning Gentleman,  I'm interested I'd learning about this particular Helmet's certain features, as in;  A )  This Helmet's Liner, is it the 'Original Issue' Liner, or perhaps a Post WW2 Replacement as frequently observed ?   B ) Based upon the absence of the 'Firearm's Comb', would this indicate it may been one of those issueed for Ordungspolizei usage ?   C ) And lastly, could anyone here be so kind as to 'educate' me as to Polizei issue & usage of this particular M-1934 Issue Model ? Difficult to tell if it was engraved 40 years ago or 80 years ago. That being said, the electric pencil was very popular and affordable in the 1970’s. Lots of kids had them. 

Given other's I've seen over the years, that looks like a good legit piece.  Great engraving.   Steve 

Around 40years ago, I acquired this canteen in a trade.  About 10 years ago, I went to remove the canteen from its cover, and this is what I found.  Thoughts?

These would be SA, for the 3rd sturm of the 117 Standarte in Sachsen (because of the silver pip color), Nordmark - who also used that green, would have used gold pips.  That all being said, better pics of the backs are needed as the construction is a little outside the norm.
