It looks good to me.  It still has the 1918 style liner band in it, and the helmet also appears to have been painted black.   Which was done by some army units in Normandy.  Generally by anti-aircraft units, but I am sure some others did the same.  Hard to say without better examination of the decal, but could be a very early transition helmet.  Here is my M35 double decal that is painted black.

Most of the "ohio" bars all had the same tell-tale stitching to the backing (we have/had a bunch for sale on our website sold AS reproductions) Not saying the OP one is real, it seems like a "mini" bar - how big is it?. Not like the devices at all.

The shoulder board with the black pipping and grey underlay is a Lt Colonel pioneers reserve officer. Have pictures of the bottom? The next shoulder board is that of a full colonel in a signals unit. It has lemon yellow pipping. The collar tab with the white backing is an enlisted infantry collar tab that was worn on a parade dress uniform.   i think that the signals and infantry insignia are period correct. Need better pictures of the pioneer board though I’m leading to it being correct.

So, the backer is bad, & it's assembled with real parts?

Back in the 90s there was a guy in Ohio who had boxes of parts and would make any ribbon bar you wanted.

Is this a fantasy piece? The ribbon has the look of the EK2 non-combatant , but the medal looks Greek? The ribbon is folded in the German / Austrian style. Obvious safety pin on back is not correct. Is this a "put together piece?

Cleaning out old odds and ends. I believe the ones on the right hand side are German / East German. The black ones on the left have a double headed eagle on the button. Russian?  Appreciate ID'ing these. Thanks in advance.

I'm fairly certain the bar is bad, but what about the ribbons & devices?   Paul
