Likely awarded sometime in 1944. 

 

"Echoes of War: Researching Soviet Military Decorations," by Paul J. Schmitt [Historical Research/Lorton, Virginia/2006], page 117 shows Order of the Red Star #667452 awarded to a member of the 269th Rifle Division on 13 January 1944.
