One of the few bits of TR I've bought and kept over the years...picked this up a couple of years ago from a veteran's granddaughter. Prongs snapped off and a couple holes drilled, presumably to sew to a cap, which seems to have been a common practice. Traditions badges are interesting and one could build a collection around them alone.

I picked this cap up at the flea market which has this badge pinned to the left side. I wasn't sure which specific unit this badge represented until I saw your post.

Nice cap. I rather like traditions badges, some units treated them as awards and entered the into the soldbuchs, some you wore just for being in the unit.
