"Sarge" is signing on to the new World Military Forum from the US Military Forum.

 

I not only collect US edged weapons and US Constabulary & Military Police stuff but those same items from Germany as well. So, I am glad to be here and I look forward to see how this brand new site rolls out to the collecting community. I am glad to be a part of both forums.

 

I should mention that my given name is George Wheeler and I am the author of the book. "Seitengewehr: History of the German Bayonet 1919-1945" by Bender Publishing. I am also a "Fellow" of the Company of Military Historians and a retired Police Master Sergeant. My main interest in in German edged weapons and Deutsche Polizei items from Imperial times until the fall of the wall.
